May Is Mental Health Awareness Month
Every May, people across the country recognize Mental Health Awareness Month as a time to reduce stigma, encourage open conversations, and remind others that mental health is just as important as physical health. Even though conversations around mental health have become more common in recent years, many people still struggle silently with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, grief, and other emotional challenges. Mental Health Awareness Month serves as an important reminder that no one has to face those struggles alone.
